Here’s the recipe:
1 lb Brussels sprouts
1 lb Baby Bella Mushrooms
2 Italian Sausages
2-3 Tbsp Butter
2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1-2 Garlic cloves
Rosemary (to taste)
Red onion – 1 half medium onion
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Optional: top with shredded cheddar cheese
Cook on Med – Med/High Heat
