Ingredients2 tbsp olive oil3 garlic cloves1 onion1 tomato3 black peppercorns1/2 Bell pepper9 oz/250gms Pasta salt to taste(1 tbsp)1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning 1/4 cup of Kalamata OlivesParmesan cheese to taste 

Preparation1. Add oil, garlic, black peppercorns, onion, tomatoes to a pan and cook until soft and mushy. Add salt, water as needed and blend to a smooth paste.2. Stir fry bell peppers in the same pan for a few minutes, add the blended mixture. Bring to a boil and add the pasta. Add salt and Italian seasoning. Cook until al dente(until the pasta still has a bite to it)3. Add Kalamata olives, parmesan cheese and drizzle extra virgin olive oil.4. Enjoy!
