Gluten Free Pasta with Beetroot Sauce 😋
Ingredients :-
Normal Gluten Free Pasta from Nutra Hi Multiveggie Pasta
Note :- (You Can Also take normal pasta)
2 Tbsp Ricebran Oil
1 Small Beetroot
2 Small Tomatoes
5-6 Garlic Cloves
1 and a Half Onion
6-7 Basil Leaves (तुलसी के पत्ते)
1 Tbsp Oregano
1 Tbsp Chilli Flakes
1 Tbsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt according to your taste
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Pasta Sauce
Cooking Steps :-
Boil 100g of gluten free pasta in a sauce pan till it becomes al dente (of food, typically pasta) cooked so as to be still firm when bitten.
Take 2 small tomatoes and 1 small beetroot, make a puree of it.
Heat 2 TBSP of Ricebran oil in a pan.
Add 1.5 onion finely chopped and 5 to 6 cloves of garlic finely chopped.
Add 1 TSP of oregano.
Saute it for few minutes.
Add on our beetroot and tomato purée.
Cook it till the water evaporates.
Add 1 Tsp of chilli flakes and 1 Tsp of black pepper powder in it.
And 6 to 7 basil leaves.
Mix it well.
Add 1 TBSP of mayo in it and 1.5 TBSP of pasta sauce.
Mix it well.
Add on our pasta stock.
Add the cooked pasta in our gravy.
Cook it for 1 min.
Serve it with some toasted bread.
