Ruptly is live while driving through some of Berlin’s most lively neighbourhoods on Friday, May 15, as restaurants are allowed to reopen after being shut down since March due to coronavirus restrictions.
The reopening comes as Germany continues to gradually ease the restrictions put in place to curb the spread of COVID-19 in the country.
As of Thursday afternoon Germany registered 172,239 confirmed cases of coronavirus infections while at least 7,723 have died with the virus, according to the Robert Koch Institute.
