Spaghetti Alla Puttanesca is an incredibly easy dish to cook, yet the combination of the ingredients is so perfectly delicious with olives, anchovies, tomatoes, capers.. There are many theories about the name origin (Puttanesca = prostitution). Some corners of the Internet will tell you that puttanesca earned its name because prostitutes could easily cook it up between clients. I don”t think it was the real reason though.
Here are the ingredients:
300 gr spaghetti
100 gr cherry tomatoes
400 can peeled tomato in puree
2 onions
3 cloves garlic
8 anchovy filets
1 tablespoon capers
150 gr black olives
parsley
