Crockpot Creamy Chicken Nachos
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup (10 oz each)
1 Can Black Beans, drained (completely optional)
1 can Rotel (whatever level of spice you desire) (14 oz can)
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 large Chicken Breasts, diced
salt & pepper to taste
Dump everything into the crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours (or 2-3 hours on high).
Serve over tortilla chips and garnish with minced cilantro, sour cream, sliced avocado or black olives, etc. Whatever you like on your nachos!

Cook meat
Boil noodles
Pre-heat oven to 375
Drain meat after cooking
Add half jar of spaghetti sauce
Let sit
Drain noodles and toss them with butter in a 9×13 baking dish. When a little cooler, add 2 beaten eggs and mix noodles together create a well in the center of noodles for meat and sauce
Add meat and sauce to noodles, top with remaining red sauce. Add ricotta and all other cheese: Mozzarella and Parmesan.
Cover with tin foil and cook for about 15-20 mins. Remove the tin foil and cook another 15 mins.
