Und welcher Künstler durfte in keinem Restaurant fehlen … der wohl bekannteste italienische Pop-Sänger unserer Zeit. Eros Ramazzotti hat mit “Un Angelo Disteso Al Sole” einen der schönsten Songs geschrieben, den ich immer wieder gerne höre und den ein echter Italiener – einer meiner besten Freunde und Top-Gastronom Maurizio Testa – mit mir zusammen singen musste.
