In this class we explore the Piedmont region of Northwest Italy through the lens of Dolcetto and Nebbiolo wines. We’ll discuss the terroir elements that make the region unique, we’ll talk about Italian wine labeling, key red and white grapes of the Piedmont and finish with a brief overview of the cuisine that defines the regions.
