Italian Style Classic Lasagna Recipe | The Home Maker Baker

Try this easy and delicious Italian style classic lasagna recipe that is true to its Italian origin. It is also great for meal prep as it freezes beautifully so you can make a double or a triple batch so that you can enjoy it later during a busy day or Ramadan.

The pan size I used in the video 21 * 34 meter.

Freezing Instructions:
– Cool the Lasagna completely before wrapping it.
– Freeze it in the dish that you are going to bake it ( I personally love using the disposable aluminum loafed ins.
– Cover the lasagna in a couple of layers of aluminum foil and then put it in a zip lock bag ( you can use this within a month)
– Once you are ready to bake, take it out from the freezer and put it in the fridge to thaw overnight.
– Once you are about to bake, preheat the oven as per instructions and add the required amount of milk (depending on the size of your lasagna)
– Bake covered for 45 minutes and uncovered for 15 minutes.
