🥩🍝 I decided to make a creamy steak carbonara with a twist! Think you can spot all the famous YouTubers hidden in the video? 👀🔥 This surprisingly took all day to film! Hope you spot them all!
Ingredients:
-Guanciale
-Spaghetti
– 2 egg yolks
-1 cup parmesan cheese
-Steak
-Salt and pepper
Recipe:
1. Boil water in a pot large enough to fit pasta
2. Cube guanciale into small pieces and stir fry in a pan; set aside
3. Combine egg yolks, parmesan cheese, and some rendered fat from guanciale
4. Add pasta and stir constantly ensuring that the egg yolks don’t scramble.
5. Serve with steak, grated parmesan, and fresh cracked pepper. Enjoy!
