  1. It looks delicious, and I loved the place because it’s unpretentious—none of that snobbish elegance meant solely to justify high prices. I ate steaks just like that at the grills across from the Recoleta Cemetery in Buenos Aires; they’re the kind of massive steaks that even show up in the AC/DC documentary about the filming of the 'Live at River Plate' concert!

  2. Thanks for a great video. But Bistecca alla Fiorentina is the only Italian dish where I don't agree with traditional method. This cut has too much fat to be cooked rare, fat and meat must make love. Do it at least medium rare. If you want blue or rare steak, Filet mignon is much better option.

  3. Steaks in Italy are too rare for my taste … i like my steak medium … to get that, you have to order it well done and after some heavy arguing you might have a chance to get it your way 😎

  4. “Un po di sale” (a little bit of salt) then you see how much he puts on it, reminds me of that scene at Donnie Brasco, “a punch of salt”🧂 😂😂😂 awesome video and cooking 🔥 thanks for sharing

  5. as one scared of raw /medium steak as a kid. i have made sure that my kids dont do the same mistake! This guy was the best, and the meat was priceless!

  6. The fact that you only get about 8 of those steaks from each animal is wild. I wonder if you can get the other end of the loin at a good price, no fillet but still a superb cut of meat.

  7. Why no one in comments talking about how raw it is in middle, it's like 100f in middle, Florence steak is safe to eat like that?

  8. How can that be a famous steak? The meat looks good, but that guy has no idea how to cook it. He just burns a good steak, choppes it into pieces and serves it raw and uncooked. I would have refused to pay for it

  9. I want that grilling method.. it's from southern American continal mm.. Argentiina? Not Italian. I mean that metal work… Slightly turn in angel to fat go away…1:42 😮e😊
