It’s official! A highly anticipated new pizza spot that teased a July opening has announced they will be serving up pizzas (and of course other delicious Italian food) this weekend in Fishkill!
A local food truck that’s been serving the Hudson Valley delicious authentic Neapolitan wood-fired pizza for quite some time announced they’d be expanding into an actual storefront, and now, Mommò Pizza Shop will be doing a soft open this weekend!

Ready for hungry Hudson Valley pizza-lovers anxious to get their first taste, beginning this Saturday, August 8th at 12pm, Mommò Pizza Shop (19 Robinson St. in Fishkill) will officially be open for business. Pizza pies, slices, salads and local beverages will be on the menu for pick up only this weekend.
Mommò Pizza Shop, a family-owned pizzeria rooted in Italian tradition and Hudson Valley hospitality, is proud to open its first brick-and-mortar location in Fishkill, New York. Following the success of its popular mobile pizza truck, Mommò Pizza welcomes guests to a new neighborhood gathering place.

Owners Luca and Carly were drawn to Fishkill for the sense of community, and I can anticipate that they’ll be feeling the community love in no time.
