  1. Hopefully Micheal opens and mafia themed restaurant one day so I can try his dishes and wine, when I come to America.

  2. thank you Michael…. the meatballs I make come from my mother's recipe… and it's really simple… but they are fried… now I tend to put a little bit of char on the outside. You may ask why would you do that? Because it locks in the moisture… and the taste of that char adds to the flavor of the sauce… I let the sauce that I've made flavor the meatballs…

  3. Some may argue that Arancini is considered specifically Sicilian.
Let's have a sit down with Joey the Fish, Big Al, and Fat Andy.

  4. Italian-Americans from NYC crack me TF up. They have ZERO CLUE what real Italian food is. NEWS FLASH: meatballs & arancini aren’t staples of authentic Italian cuisine 🤦🏻‍♂️👎🏽

  5. Is it considered bad quality chop meat if you get fat balls in your meatballs? I don't know if that's considered normal for higher fat content meat? But these are those little rubbery ball type thingies 🤮 I've experienced this one too many times so I don't like to eat meatballs out anymore.. I buy grass-fed 90% lean chop meat it may not be as flavorful but I've yet to find fat balls

  6. Write a script about a boy who starts dating a hit man’s daughter. Base it on the book by Greg Scarpo’s daughter’s book.
Write another one based on a made guy who is owed money by some other made guys. He sees a kid fighting some older kid, at lunch across the street from their high school or community college, and winning. He tells the kid he will pay him to beat up one of the made guys in a nearby bar. They walk in together and after the kid knocks him out he takes the guy’s money and jewelry.
He has another guy, in Vegas who owes him a lot of money and keeps brushing him off. So he sends the kid out there and tells the guy instead of cash he has to teach the kid how to rob and steal cars, so the kid can be value to him.
The kid and this Spalatro type character start to become friends. What happens next?

  7. I heard your friend Larry use to flash money around, and was involved with drugs and possibly dating your sister. Are these the reasons he was taken care of? Did they find any of the millions he made, with you. Did someone see stacks of cash around his apartment or in his truck. Let me guess non was found, at the crime scene. If Scarpo or another made guy got wind of those things how would they have taken care of business?
Would they have had a sit down with you and your father on the phone from prison. Would those things have been enough for a Scarpo character to get a Green Light? Why would Scarpo be involved ? Maybe it was his daughter’s boyfriend who noticed all of those things and Scarpo has to take care of the Larry character before they take care of the boyfriend. Maybe too close to home. I love mob movies and how certain things happen in that life.

  8. The one meal you would order to test the validity is the one thing you wouldn’t order…yikes that doesn’t make sense

  9. Got a go down to Mammalukes and get some of those meatballs…..
    Hahaha 🤣
    He's right 👍
    Cheers

  10. Before I swore he said he didn’t get meatballs at restaurants for a long don’t because they’re easy to adulterate with a bunch of filler and you don’t know the quality of meat you’re getting and now they’re suddenly a mark of quality? Like he mentions that here but I don’t get the ideological shift. You still don’t know what filler they’re bulking it up with if any or the quality of the meat.
