2x 130g pots of mozzarella balls in pesto
30g basil
350g cherry tomatoes
1x courgette
2x chicken thighs*
400g tin of lentils
1x roll of ready made puff pastry
balsamic vinegar
1x bag of frozen spinach
6x eggs

*If you struggle to buy a pack with 2x chicken thigh in your supermarket, you can buy a 4x pack and freeze the other two, cook them in the air fryer and shred the meat in sandwiches etc, or keep an eye on my page as I’ll post recipes showing how else they can be used!
