Lots of pizza eaten over the last 2 months, since I’ve gotten a pizza steel. Progressed from doughguys recipe to imitation Ceres sourdough pizza. Completely new to baking, learning how yeast/rise works has been an error prone but illuminating journey. Any feedback appreciated
