Crispy Cheesy Chicken Caesar Tacos 🥗🌮💖 [~155 cals 24g protein]

✰ 4 small low-carb tortillas
✰ 8 oz chicken breast
– seasoning: garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper
✰ 2/3 cup fat free cheese
✰ 1/2 tbsp low fat butter
✰ romaine lettuce
✰ Caesar salad dressing: 1/3 cup (80g) Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp (30mL) lemon juice, 2 tsp (6g) garlic powder, 1 tsp (10g) oregano, 1 tbsp (15g) Parmesan, salt, and pepper)
✰ optional Parmesan for topping
1. Preheat pan to high.
2. Season chicken and cook on pan until internal temp is 165F.
3. Lower pan heat to medium then spread butter.
4. Add tortillas then cheese and chicken and fold.
5. Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes. Keep flipping if necessary until both sides are golden and crispy.
6. Combine dressing ingredients and toss in lettuce. (I recommend chopping the lettuce to really small bits).
7. Fill tacos with salad.
8. Enjoy!
