2H RT BF (70% Hydration)
2H RT FP

Made using Sonata pizza flour, and for the UK Pizzaiolos 🇬🇧 the cheese was Tesco Pizza Mozzarella. My thoughts? Tastes like most cheap mozz, takes quite a while to melt.
