Welp, it's official…I nailed my recipe.
Made a whole mushroom, half pepperoni pie last night and it was epic. I wanted to do an 18 inch which at first seemed very possible when I got the dough stretched out for the screen. But during the bake it managed to shrink a little but, but still was over the size of my 16inch serving tray. I am very happy with this!
I also made our upstairs neighbor a smaller cheese pizza to get his feedback. Gonna start making the rounds with our neighbors in our apartment complex.
