For the Chicken
5 chicken thighs
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp Island Vibe Seasoning
1 tbsp Island Everything Seasoning
1 tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
For the Spanish Rice
2 Roma tomatoes
½ onion
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
2 tbsp tomato chicken bouillon
1½ cups chicken broth
2 cups jasmine rice, rinsed
¼ tsp paprika
¼ tsp Spanish oregano

every Saturday I cut up onion celery carrots peppers put in sandwich bags for the week potatoes I dice put in water to cover plan meals for the week no stress after work most of the time I bake meals fry let .cool lable put in fridge no stress
