Wanted to make a breakfast pizza so I don’t have to cook tomorrow morning, then decided to make a second so I don’t have to figure out a quick bite later tonight. Guess I didn’t let the pep/ch dough rest enough before popping it in the oven; didn’t get a good rise on it.
