


Closer to where I wanna be. I learned that I was using too much sauce, hence the bottom wasnโt getting crispy. Still got some practicing to do; I botched the launch on the pepperoni so the shape is a little off. 3 day cold ferment, Dough Guy calculator and pizza steel in home oven.
