Also only security people (like cops, military and security) can carry a loaded gun. Also you can't show It to the public, only of someone's Life Is a risk
The real culture shock in Italy are the Carabinieri everywhere and the insane ticket prices in train stations 😬. Everything else is familiar though, I'm Greek 😊
The "no cappuccino after 12" is true, but it's not a rule. In Italy if waiters say no or look annoyed it's probably because they already washed the coffee machine. (Yes I'm Italian, yes I'm a waitress)
Actually, in Italy we also drink cold water in the summer, and we put ice in it or put the bottle in the fridge hahahaha And Italian cuisine is not just pasta and pizza, We have many different dishes, but abroad pasta and pizza are famous, but we don't only eat that 😊

But you bag your own groceries in the UK too. They might help you if you're old or looking tired or just if they're nice, but it isn't custom for them to bag them entirely for you.
