Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta 🍤🍝

Today we’re bringing some bold Cajun flavors to a rich and creamy shrimp pasta.
The shrimp is seasoned, seared until golden, then tossed into a creamy Parmesan sauce loaded with garlic, onions, tomatoes, and Cajun-inspired spices.

🦐 Shrimp
• 1.5 lb shrimp
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp black pepper
Season and set aside.

🍝 Sauce
• 1 tbsp butter (for shrimp)
• 1 tbsp butter (for sauce)
• Handful of finely chopped onion
• 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• Handful of sliced tomato
Seasonings:
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp thyme
• 1 tsp salt
Then add:
• 2 cups heavy cream
• Handful of grated Parmesan cheese

Cook the shrimp until golden and set aside.
Sauté the onion, garlic, and tomato in butter. Add the seasonings, cream, and Parmesan. Once the sauce thickens, add the pasta and shrimp back in.
Finish with the juice of half a lemon and garnish with parsley.
