These rolled lasagna noodles are so fun to make and absolutely delicious!

Start by sautéing ground beef with onion, bell pepper, and garlic until nicely browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, then set aside.

Cook the lasagna noodles until tender.

For the béchamel sauce, sauté mushrooms in butter, add flour, then slowly whisk in milk and a splash of 35% cream. Let it simmer until slightly thickened, then stir in some chopped parsley and cilantro.

Spread the meat mixture over each lasagna noodle, roll them up just like in the video, and place them in a baking dish. Pour the béchamel sauce over the rolls, top generously with mozzarella cheese, and bake until bubbly and golden.
