Ingredients:
Texas toast bread
Provolone cheese
Capicola
Salami
Ham
Homemade giardiniera
Stone ground mustard
Mayonnaise
Instructions:
Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
Flip and add provolone cheese.
Spread stone ground mustard.
Layer thin slices of capicola, salami, and ham.
Add giardiniera.
Close sandwich (mayo side out).
Cook in a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
Toast 2โ3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Slice and serve.
