1 shot of espresso
3 biscotti cookies
Homemade vanilla ice cream
Homemade caramel ice cream
Instructions:
Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a scoop of caramel ice cream into a wide coffee cup.
Brew a fresh shot of espresso.
Pour the hot espresso over the gelato.
Place 3 biscotti cookies on top or on the side.
