This is a series I can really Get behind! This and the garlic pasta are elite! Not only looks great but you thought about brining through the flavour as well. Amazing!
I saw the title and I thought it was gonna be testing whether aspatagus can be boiled into pasta. Like, using the single asparaguses (…asparagi?) as strands of pasta, like those zucchini pasta dishes. And while that would be cool to see as well, this is some great craftsmanship! I love it!
