Enjoy a rich and creamy Italian hot chocolate made easily with just a few ingredients, perfect for a cozy treat!

Ingredients:
200 ml milk (regular or plant-based)
2 tsp chocolate powder (Stevia)

Instructions:

1) Pour milk into a milk jug.
Once the steam wand is ready, place the tip of the wand nozzle just below the surface of the milk and slowly stretch the milk to create a smooth, silky foam.

2) Gradually increase the steam pressure once the foam reaches your desired consistency. For children’s milk, the temperature should not exceed 45°C. For adults, heat the milk to between 60°C and 70°C.

3) Add chocolate powder to a cup, then pour in a small amount of the steamed milk and stir until smooth. Top up with the remaining milk and finish with a light dusting of chocolate powder on top.
