Here's the recipe to my basic vegetarian pasta:

5 tomatoes, i took 2 big, 2 medium, 1 small

Boil em in the microwave for 5 mins

Let them cool

Take 5 cloves of garlic, chop chop, seperate 1

The tomatoes are cool now ig, in the "mixie" put these 5 tomatoes, some ginger, about a clove of raw garlic along with chillies, i took 5 of some south indian chillies, they're really small and really spicy and i liked the amount of spice to this dish.

Yep, so now take a pan, add about 1.5 tablespoon of ghee, sautée the 4 cloves u chopped and a handful of onion.

I had boiled pasta in fridge from like 3 days ago, so idk measurements of that but this serves 2 people, do the math.

Now, about that puree, add it to the sautéed onions and garlic, and let it boil. SPILL some oregano, from your heart and not your spoon.

Add salt as per taste i added 2 mini spoons i guess(last time i added too much so i added salt real slow this time)

Now your sauce is ready.

Add pasta to your sauce and let it cook for sometime.

I didnt want it to be too tangy so i added a LITTLE bit of milk and a spoon of some cheese dip i had.
