One thing I've learned from cooking is that when you do it enough you won't even need to taste it until the end because you can taste everything you put in, in your head.

"It takes 15 minutes to make" you're definitely not counting prep time, finding all these ingredients and the spoons and how long it takes your pan to warm up. Those 15 minutes will quickly turn into 45 and I just don't have the ability to do all that
