First time trying to make a tomato pie after falling down the homemade pizza rabbit hole 2 weeks ago. Added too much pecorino, grana padano and salt to the sauce, but still tasted fire.Probably should have taken it out a few minutes earlier, but bottom was crispy despite being very thin (passed the window pane test while I was forming the crust).
