
I use cherry tomatos , olive oil, garlic, and onions. Blend them with my immersion blender and the sauce constantly comes out orange like in the picture.
The texture and taste are FANTASTIC, but the sauce itself looks like made a carrot puree.
Is it the amount of oil I put in? I think it’s just the immersion blender cause it doesn’t look that orange until after blending.
Any suggestions?

It’s probably the onions, how much of each ingredient are you using?

It’s the immersion blender, the air you add lightening the sauce. Exact same think happens to mine.
