Got so busy with kids activities, work, etc that it had been awhile since I’ve made some pizza. Now that school year is over I wanted to get ready for summer!

Increased my hydration to 67%.
Increased salt to 3%.
Added a touch of honey.
Did a 72 hour bulk cold ferment.

The results were awesome!

Would love to try a poolish next time but it takes a bit of planning and I’m bad at that lol.

Made a veggie for some vegetarian family members, a marg and a pepp.
