Inspired by the recipes and techniques of his Nonno, Ugo started making crispy pizzas in lockdown and created Short Road Pizza.

They proved so popular he chose to leave his marketing career behind and go all in on pizza with Ugo’s wife being responsible for all the great branding and illustrations.

But what I love most about Short Road is that every slice/square is individually dressed – every bite RULES.
