✨One Pan Bacon Ranch Cheddar Chicken Pasta✨
1. To a large skillet add 12 ounces of chopped bacon. Cook at medium to low temperature. It does take a bit. Once your bacon is about 3/4 the way cooked through add 1 small diced yellow onion. Cook until bacon is crispy. Then remove the bacon from the pan leaving the bacon grease in the pan.
2. Now cut 1 1/2 pounds of chicken into bite size cubes. Season well with about 1 – 1 1/2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning and slap ya mama seasoning. You can change up the seasonings as much as you want. Skip the slap ya mama if you aren’t into spice. Then add 2 tablespoons of corn starch. Mix until everything is coated well.
3. Now add the chicken to the bacon grease at medium to high heat. Cook 3 minutes then flip the chicken and cook another 3 minutes. Then toss around in the pan for about 30 seconds. Remove the chicken from the pan.
4. Add 4 cups of low sodium chicken broth and 1 pound of whatever kind of pasta you want. Try and find Radiatori pasta… it’s amazing. Season again with the same seasonings. Cook on high for 8-10 minutes. Toss up everything couple of minutes while it’s boiling. Once the liquid is about absorbed you are going to lower the heat and add 1 cup of heavy cream. Mix and add about 2-3 cups of freshly shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until melted.
5. Now add your bacon and chicken back to the pan and mix.
6. Enjoy!!!

  3. I love seeing your vintage cookware. I’d rather wash several containers than a lot of pans, so using one, and having that great bacon flavor and caramelization to cook everything in makes it so good!

  4. Thank you. Simple and to the point. Each step is clear, especially since it’s a short clip. 👍🏼
