Pasta omelette. The egg kind of got buried in the pasta and the sauce. But there is like an omelette egg in there. And a lot of cheese on top.
There also is some Tabasco. I was going to post this in the spicy subreddit but you know I've kind of done the same thing for the last couple days. So I figured I'd do something different.
Also okay put chorizo in the red sauce. OMG that is so good.
