Making the ultimate creamy mac & cheese 🧀✨
Quick, cheesy, comforting, and honestly one of the best easy meals ever 🍝🤍
How I make it:
• Boil your macaroni pasta separately whilst making the cheese sauce
• Add 1/4 block of butter to a pan with 1/2 a cup of milk and let it melt
• Add in one whole bag of grated cheese (I use mature cheddar 🧀)
• Mix until the cheese softens
• Add:
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 1/2 tsp mustard
* 1/2 tsp salt
• Mix together, then add a dash of flour for thickness (optional)
• Turn off the heat and pour the cheese sauce into your drained pasta
• Add to an oven dish and top with more grated cheese
• Oven for 10 mins for a crispy top (optional)
Then it’s ready to serve 😍✨
