Chennai Helicopter Pizza made with Unroll dough 🍕🔥
Recipe:
• 1 Unroll dough sheet
• 3 tbsp pizza sauce
• Mozzarella cheese
• Onion & capsicum slices
• Jalapeños
• Chilli flakes & oregano
• Butter for brushing
Roll out the Unroll dough slightly and shape it into a round pizza base.
Spread pizza sauce, add cheese & all the toppings generously.
Fold the edges slightly for that bakery-style crust.
Bake at 200°C for 15–18 mins until golden, crispy & cheesy.
Brush melted butter on the crust and finish with chilli flakes & oregano ✨
