I recently got a Ninja artisan Pizza oven and it greatly improved my pizza crust texture and flavor. I've been thinking of buying 2 more ovens and starting a mobile pop up pizzeria. Would anyone buy pizzas like pic #1 and #2? Other pics to show improvements over my kitchen oven. Is it a bad idea? Not advertising for an already made buisness, just asking for advice on if its viable.
