  3. The Ying Yang pizza is almost the same combo as my favorite pizza. I add some blue cheese like gorgonzola little cubes. This elevates the "ying and yang" even more. Another super combo is anchovy, black olives, gorgonzola and spicy salami (no honey). Believe me both are stunning.

  5. Im watching this and loving the brisket pizza idea. Ill be honest iv had a few beers tonight and its dawned on me why not try a black pudding and bacon pizza. That could well be awesome but then again I have had a drink ๐Ÿ˜‚ but im gonna try it tomorrow . What's not to like.

    La pizza che vorrei provare di piรน sarebbe quella con il ragรน, comunque tutte sembrano deliziose.

  9. Some people have honey allergies. From my experience, honey in the bread before baking is fine, but adding it on top would be a trivial problem for me. Long story short, if you put honey on the top of anything, mention it on the menu.

Thanks Vito for great Content, after a trip to Napoli this easter it did set fire to my passion for Pizza, so i now have a pretty good setup at home and recently bough spiral mixer pro (have not tested it but will do this weekend and will use your style poolish). My Question is the Pizza showel i just got for a god pric is not perforated, learned that this was a miss as i can see this is what all use looking at youtube videos, queston is how much easeer does a pizza showel with perforated make it?, if its a big different i belive i bite the sour apple and get one (i do not expect Vito himself to reply here but i gladly take tips for other youtbe users as well ๐Ÿ™‚ )
