Took everyone’s feedback and tried making pizza again. Didn’t get to do the weighted measurements, however, because my kitchen scale decided it no longer works 🙃 I used my hands to stretch it out, instead of the rolling pin, and that definitely made a difference.

The first three are pizzas, and the fourth is more of a breadstick vibe and will be sliced as such.

Overall, I’d say it’s an improvement from my first attempt, but still lots of room to grow!

    It’s a process. But I found the results to be exponentially better the more you do it.
