



A few years ago I took paprika peppers from my garden and smoked them. After grinding, I used it as the rub on a goat cheese. It's now two years old, and a grated a 50/50 mix of it and a three year old homemade parmesan. The smokey undertone from the smoked paprika gave it a nice wood oven hint of flavor.

It looks delicious! For some reason one of my friends is completely against pineapple on a pizza. He’s never tried it so I make them and send him pictures just to get under his skin😂
