






I bought a big container of black garlic at Costco the other week so I've been adding it to many things lol.
Tossing a few cloves into my detroit dough while kneading turned out super well! I was worried it might interfere with the 72hr ferment in some way but doesn't seem like it changed anything aside from flavor!
I have another dough ball in the freezer from this batch and I'm gonna pull it and make another asap because it was delicious!
