Same Day Sourdough Pizza Crust (Recipe from Everyday Homemade)
Ingredients:
500g 00 pizza flour (4½ cups)
400g sourdough discard (1¾ cups)
300g warm water (1¼ cups)
10g kosher salt (3½ tsp)
Instructions:
-Mix the flour, warm water, sourdough discard, and salt until a dough forms.
-Cover and rest for 20 minutes.
-Do a stretch and fold by pulling the dough up and folding it over itself 4 times.
-Repeat stretch and folds every 15 to 20 minutes for 4-6 rounds until smooth and elastic.
-Cover and let the dough rise 2-4 hours until doubled and bubbly.
-Turn the dough onto a floured surface and divide into 2 or 3 pieces.
-Shape each piece into a smooth dough ball.
-Cover and rest 15-20 minutes or refrigerate for later.
-Stretch the dough into your desired pizza shape.
-Add sauce, cheese, and toppings.
-Bake using your preferred method until crust is cooked and golden. I have my exact oven accessible *you know where* 800° for 5 minutes.

Make your own sauce not that crap…its so easy …..and use grandy mozzarella it's the best and cheaper then the big name brand ……looks good 👍
