🍕 My Low-Calorie, High-Protein Pepperoni Pizza (8 slices)
~284 calories & ~28g protein per slice

Crust Ingredients
450g 0% fat cottage cheese
3 large eggs
170g self-rising flour
50g turkey pepperoni, chopped
40g fat-free shredded cheese
40g 2% shredded cheese
Salt, garlic powder, and any seasonings you like (to taste)

Crust Instructions

Add cottage cheese and eggs to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a bowl and mix in the self-rising flour.

Fold in chopped turkey pepperoni and both cheeses.

Season to taste and mix well.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly spray with oil.

Pour the mixture onto the tray and spread evenly.

Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes

Toppings

• 240g no-sugar-added marinara sauce
• 280g cheese total (50% fat-free, 50% 2%)
• 60g turkey pepperoni
• Salt, garlic, pepper (to taste)

Final Bake

Remove crust from oven.
Spread marinara evenly.
Add cheese mixture and season lightly.
Top with turkey pepperoni.
Bake again at 400°F for 5–9 minutes, until cheese is melted & crust is brown to your liking

Slice into 8 pieces

~284 calories / ~28 g protein per slice
