Looks amazing 😋 the only thing is… I find some baguettes have really hard crusts (plus when toasted – they get even harder). I end up injuring the inside of my mouth, from razor-sharp edges! If you brush the crust with melted butter before toasting, it helps to soften the crust a bit.
