1st his scooper including the handle was in the lemon, don’t think that was water (hope he’s not using that lemon juice) 2nd he grabbed the cups with his fingers inside a food contact area 3rd he then took his phone out (ONE THE DIRTIEST objects in any food service area)
Assuming this cycle repeated, his ice cream scooper is sitting in bacteria and pathogens from whatever was on his phone. Do better sir, people already have a bad impression of food carts.
His hand was also dirty from before the first interaction.
