Finally cooked my dough through but came out a lil too crispy

I’ve been struggling to get my dough to cook all the way through and I finally did it! Bottoms rack and no clue what the temperature was because the numbers have been rubbed off the knob before I moved into this place.

I baked for 15 mins and then set the timer to another 10. I think timer to 5-7 mins would’ve saved me some colouring but I do love a CRONSCH
