When I use this sauce for nachos, I add a little of the brine from the jar of jalapeños. This gives it a little kick and takes you back to the nachos from high school football and basketball games 😁
Can you substitute the flour?

I have to shake flour and water together no matter the recipe. I don't understand how she doesn't get lumpy sauce throwing in flour that way🤔

Know YOUR BUTTER
LOVE YOUR COOKING.
The butter, the salt…….
DON'T use shredded cheese. The company powder coats the cheese with corn starch to keep the cheese from clumping together.
Beautifull video.
This recipe is so simple. Put some chopped dried onions in too. They puff up and become soft again.

Nowadays people skip the roux and go for the sodium citrate I thought
