

Just started my pizza making journey last month, this is pizza #6.
I'm using itsdoughguy's recipe and its been working well so far.
Sauce is just some Cento All-Purpose with salt, and I'm using Tillamook LMWM Mozz.
Pepperoni is Boar's Head Natural casing, cut extra thick.
I've really been trying to improve on my stretching game, let me know what you think!
